Springtime in the Rockies is always refreshing. There are so many good hiking and biking trails to venture out on in Colorado too. Living on the west side of Denver is is the best because it’s so close to the mountains.

Speaking of retro ads this one is still hanging on the side of Annie’s Cafe on east Colfax Ave. in Denver, CO It was good to see when Annie’s moved locations (just a few blocks away from their original location) they still kept their fashionable retro signs.
Honey Comb Wall
Watch out for the bees! This is the honey comb wall at Denver Botanic Gardens. It’s very captivating. The children were fascinated by it and I think they were touching it to see if it was a real honey comb.
Hudson Gardens Light Display
Hudson Gardens doesn’t just have beautiful flowers, they also have an incredible light display. Here you see the colorful blow up light displays.
