Save as Picture

Turn Publisher file into a picture

First open the Publisher document you want to turn into a picture or PDF.

To turn your Microsoft Publisher file into a .jpg or into a picture format you can select all the files you want saved as a picture by using the key combo CTRL + A and if any files are not selected hold the CTRL and click them once all the objects you want are selected then Right-click > Save as picture. From there you can choose which picture format you would like to save as (.jpg, .gif, .png etc.)

Publish as PDF

Convert Publisher file to a PDF

To turn your Publisher file into a .PDF click on File > Publish as PDF and this will convert your Publisher file into a PDF document.

If you do not have an option to publish as a PDF then you probably have an older version of Microsoft Publisher or need to run Office Updates to get the latest service pack from Microsoft.
